DFEST: Detroit in Every Frequency.

Detroit doesn't move to just one rhythm. It never has. From deep house and soulful grooves to boundary-pushing techno, acid explorations, hip-hop influences, and the sounds that refuse to fit neatly into a category, our city's electronic music community is as diverse as the people who built it. This fall, DFEST returns to TV Lounge to celebrate that very spirit, bringing together an all-Detroit lineup representing different corners of the culture we call home.

Mike “Agent X” Clark is a true architect of Detroit's underground sound. With roots stretching back to the city's formative club years, influences spanning jazz, funk, disco, Chicago house, and Detroit techno, and a legacy that includes Underground Resistance, Planet E, and his own Beatdown Sounds movement, Agent X knows how to make the dance floor tell a story. Expect that unmistakable Detroit blend of deep grooves, musical history, and forward motion.

Rebecca Goldberg represents Detroit techno's adventurous, experimental edge. A producer, live performer, DJ, and longtime member of the Detroit Underground arts collective, she moves between acid, intricate sound design, and expansive techno landscapes. Whether behind the decks or performing live with electronic instruments, Rebecca pushes boundaries while keeping the spirit of Detroit innovation firmly in the mix.

DJ Skeez brings the kind of musical range you can only develop through years of digging, collecting, and living the culture. From classic soul, funk, and disco to hip-hop, Detroit gems, and fresh house selections, her sets move freely across genres without losing the groove. A fixture in Detroit's music community and a resident at Spot Lite, Skeez knows how to connect generations and get a room moving.

DJ Sync approaches the dance floor as a conversation, drawing from hip-hop, R&B, rap, house, techno, and ghettotech. With an ear for Detroit's musical roots and an instinct for where the energy needs to go next, Sync builds sets that shift gears, raise temperatures, and bring people together. For him, it's more than a mix—it's about community, connection, and sharing a moment on the same frequency.

Bruce Bailey is Detroit house music royalty, with decades behind the decks and a legacy built on keeping the city's underground moving. From his historic weekly at Club 246 to his work at Lola's and his continuing TV Lounge residency, Bailey has shared the booth with generations of house and techno greats. He's a DJ, producer, and promoter who understands that a great night isn't just about the records—it's about the people, the energy, and the connection. When Bruce takes control, Detroit house is in experienced hands.

Mike Drain joins the lineup representing the depth and diversity of Detroit's local selector community. In a city where musical identity is never confined to one lane, it's the DJs who know how to read the room, trust their instincts, and let the music lead who keep the culture alive and evolving.

Deeper Waters, the duo of Brandon and Danielle Redoute, found each other on a Detroit dance floor and have been building on that connection ever since. As DJs and producers, they draw from the city's underground history while bringing their own perspective to soulful, funky house and driving techno. Their sets weave fresh selections, deep cuts, and classic underground sounds into a journey that honors Detroit's past while keeping its future in motion. Their commitment extends beyond the decks, too, helping strengthen the community through their work with Detroit Techno Family.

Rachael Parker adds another dimension to this celebration of Detroit's diverse electronic music community. Just ending this years edition of the incredibly successful Detroit House Collective series at the Dequindre Cut, she's part of the next chapter in a culture that continues to evolve while staying true to its roots.

DJ Pruitt rounds out this celebration of Detroit talent, bringing another voice to a lineup built on the individuality and shared spirit of our city's music community. Because the beauty of Detroit's scene has always been the way different styles, perspectives, and generations come together under one roof.

Different sounds. Different journeys. One city with a whole lot to say through music. Come experience the depth, diversity, and undeniable energy of Detroit's electronic music community at the Fall edition of DFEST at TV Lounge.
